Team Captain must contact Matt Williams to get player passes returned after a player suspension. If Matt did not receive a player pass (e.g., for a 3rd yellow card), the Team Captains for the affected game will receive an email message noting the suspension. The email should be printed and given to the head referee to enforce the suspension.
